Bramble Cottage is a large self-catering two-bedroom farmhouse annex that sleeps 4/ 5.
Lower Moor Farmhouse will be available to rent from summer 2025. It will sleep 8. Bramble Cottage and the farmhouse will be available to rent together and will sleep 13.

Lower Moor Farm is set down a peaceful country lane but is within easy access for all that North Devon has to offer. We are on the edge of Exmoor with expansive views across to Holdstone Down and very close to all the delights of Exmoor. We are a short drive from the vast selection of sandy beaches such as Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton. In the other direction you can find Lynton, Lynmouth, Heddon Mouth, Woody Bay. There is a something to suit every taste:
beaches, coves, hills, moors, tracks, trails, landscapes, rivers, streams, lakes, sunrises, sunsets, fields, pebbles, sand, villages...

We are a family of 4 enjoying active, outdoor lives in North Devon and would like to share this with you even if only for a short space of time. Enjoy the comfort of Bramble Cottage, Lower Moor Farm, and the beautiful surrounding areas and the wide range of restaurants, cafes and pubs in the vicinity. Stay in the cottages on a weekly basis during the school holidays and for shorter stays in term-time.
